Vulnerabilities, exposures, or anything that affects member data. We commit to acknowledging within 72 hours and to coordinated disclosure where reasonable.
A note on response times
We aim to respond to general inquiries within five business days, press inquiries within two, and privacy or security matters within three. We are a small team. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line.
We do not respond to bulk-sent identical messages. We do read individual messages even when we don't reply.
